Dr. Halpin holds an honours degree in surgery and is registered with VHI, Quinn Direct and Aviva/Hibernian to provide services to eligible patients with direct payments from the insurers ( you pay for the consultations and insurers pay for the procedures); including cryotherapy, joint injection, moles etc. ( Some items are not covered - check with your insurance company).
