In order to avoid undue delays for sick patients your co-operation is requested in the following:
- Come to surgery, if possible.
- Please arrive a least 5 minutes early for your appointment
- Request non-urgent house calls before 09.30am.
- Collect Social Welfare Certificates between 8.00 am and 9.00 am in 250 Swords Road.
