Dr. Halpin holds an honours degree in surgery and is registered with VHI and all other Irish health insurers to provide services to eligible patients with direct payments from the insurers ( you pay for the consultations, facilities fee and insurers pay for the procedures); including cryotherapy, joint injection etc. ( Some insurers don't cover some items e.g. skin tags, perinatal haematoma etc - check with your insurance company).
